We are bringing back Brett Sciotto, the popular keynote from last year to expand on what the future of agriculture will look like in the Northeast, but this year he's bringing his team from AimPoint Research with him.
Attendees will participate in Wargame scenarios, led by AimPoint, to help develop long term goals and strategies for New York's agriculture industry.
What's a wargame? It is a hands-on simulation involving role-playing, teams, and a series of rounds. Participants plan actions, debate, and form alliances. Wargamers are forced to
deal with real-world situations, competitors’ actions, diverse customer demands, and unforeseen events quickly….all in real-time. It is a unique, fun, and engaging activity that will provide answers to what New York agriculture wants and needs for the future.

The business session will take place the following day, on December 6. Delegates will discuss and vote on public policy resolutions that are at the heart of Farm Bureau's grassroots organization.
